About Quality Mortgage Services, LLC

Quality Mortgage Services, LLC was formed in January 1992. We provide mortgage QC
services nationwide. Our ability to provide the examinations and
compliance verification is supported by extensive experience in mortgage lending.
The staff of Quality Mortgage Services, LLC brings a wealth of knowledge and a
wide range of professional and technical mortgage lending experience to the
business including a combined twelve years with HUD/FHA. Our abilities are based
upon strong government, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac mortgage lending backgrounds, many
years of staff experience in HUD's Washington Monitoring Division, Office of Lender
Activities and Interstate Land Sales, and hundreds of on-site compliance audits
(both origination and servicing) of mortgage companies throughout the United States.
We stay abreast of continually changing mortgage guidelines from Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, and also through monthly updates,
seminars, bulletins, and correspondence. This ensures that QMS's auditors are provided with the most up-to-date information
and tools in which to conduct thorough mortgage compliance reviews.
Today, Quality Mortgage Services is a nationwide company providing mortgage compliance solutions from the smallest mortgage
operations to some of the largest mortgage names.
