Our mortgage audit and repurchase defense abilities are based upon a strong government and non-government lending, and regulatory background and understanding, complimented with many years of mortgage banking experience to include hundreds of on-site compliance audits (both origination and servicing) of mortgage companies throughout the United States.
This is how we typically work
- Initial Contact
A Quality Mortgage Services professional will discuss your specific needs with your senior staff to tailor a program to meet your goals.
- Agreement
The contract specifying the service to be rendered will be executed by both parties.
- Company Representatives
You and Quality Mortgage Services will both designate a representative as a liaison to promote efficient communication.
- Transfer of Files
You will provide the complete mortgage loan files to Quality Mortgage Services to initiate our comprehensive quality assurance service. You may choose whether to send files or copies. Electronic copies via CD's are encouraged.
- Inventory Files
The files are inventoried for completeness and for accountability purposes after they are received by QMS. If a file is missing or incomplete, you will be notified immediately. The review will be placed on hold until 100% accountability is achieved with the order.
- Conduct the Audit
We audit your files for total compliance with quality assurance regulations of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and the VA.
- Management Reports
At the conclusion of our intensive investigation, Quality Mortgage Services will provide you with comprehensive reports detailing our findings via the Mortgage Analysis Review Software (MARS) portal
