Quality Mortgage Services owns a software called Mortgage Analysis Review Software (MARS). It is basically a ASP.net ran on MySQL that allows mortgage auditors to enter data during their audit. It is not a decision making tool, we leave that up to real human intelligence. It is a software that takes the end users through the loan process. The end user must be advanced mortgage underwriters and or QC personnel who know how to find things like “misrepresentation” and other things like regulatory, underwriting risks, and compliance.
Recently Quality Mortgage Services made a debut of its data in the form of a report call The 2009 Year End Review for Quality Control. This data is a product of the MARS data engine. This data will help the mortgage industry understand the industry’s strengths and weaknesses if used correctly. It will also help the mortgage industry in its policy decisions making if they will listen to the quality control professionals and the data that is produced from the MARS reports.
